First Steps

Got back to work today and had a driving lesson after two weeks off of both because of my knee. Tomorrow is a bigger day though. I've decided it's the day to go to the gym, mainly because it's when training is and I'm not ready to go back to that yet.
First I'll just do a fast walk and then decide whether I feel comfortable enough to have a little jog. Fingers crossed I don't tweak anything!

  1. Hi Jack! My 2 cents: There's a lot of stuff at the gym that you can do without hurting your knee further. Upper body weightlifting including bench press, lat pulldowns, chin ups etc.. The cardio rowing machine at our gym is pretty gentle on the knees, because it depends a lot on upper body work. Those favorite AB exercises! They are almost all knee-gentle. You could spend couple of hours in the gym working out hard without hurting your knee--so don't hurt it! Give it a little more time, but work out hard too!
